Experimenting with Twitter part 1

I've recently signed up on twitter, and I'm not even going to lie. I still don't understand it. All I have figured out so far is that you can tweet celebrities. I started sending tweets to rappers/shitty musicians tonight. So far, none have replied. Hopefully that changes.
